How to forward SMS to email

I would like to forward all SMS to my gmail account. How can I do that?

It would be great if the mail would have the senders email as reply address, but I do not know if this is even possible?

There's an example flow named Forward SMS Flow available in the catalog (menu->Catalog), select category Mail and press Open to import the flow.
You have to edit the mail action and select your gmail account (Authentication: Device account is recommended) and also enter a valid receiver email address.
You can also include the email address of the sender in the text of the mail by adding the variable {contact_email} when your address book contains an email address for the SMS sender contact.
