Action from statusbar button brings Automagic to foreground

I have an action "Notification on statusbar" which defines an action button in the expanded notification.
This button executes a script action to change a global variable. This change triggers other flows which may (or may not) change the notification.
The flows itself work fine, but somewhere along the Automagic window always pops up into the foreground, which is of course not wanted...

I can reproduce this. Should be fixed in the update released today. In the meantime you can mitigate this problem by exiting Automagic using the back key.
