can you write to file as xml?

Thought that an xml file might solve my problems with a file written with Automagic's help, when showing and Editing it both on the phone and on the pc in excel, without getting the utfbom and delimiter problem once it has been edited. Or maybe it doesn't?

Keeping MS Excel in mind I'd recommend to create a *.csv file.
Check out Autohotkey if you wanna manipulate the file afterwards on the PC.
