Lock/Unlock with Android Wear

This flow uses Secure Setting app. If a specific Android Wear is not connected or if bluetooth is not on, then device will be locked. Else, the device is unlocked.

To disable the auto lock, just turn off bluetooth. The device will then be locked even when the android wear watch is nearby (eg during charging).
