Only ongoing events in "Notification on Statusbar ..."

In the Trigger "Notification on Statusbar Displayed" and other "Notification on Statusbar ..." Trigger and Conditions there is an option "Ignore ongoing events".
Now I'd like to have the option "Only ongiong events".
I want to activate airplane mode after a download finishes. I use the notification bar to find out. The app shows an ongoing notification while downloading and when finished it shows a removable notification. So I could find out whether the download finished by checking whether there is an ongoing notification.

I will probably also add a bunch of new variables for such flags so you can also use an expression to check it in the flow.
