This is caused by older android phone such a mine.
Turning screen on and off is not the solution, solution is to wake up the device during the scan.

It should be eazy enough for the developers to implement the fix.

Most automation apps fail to work exactly because of that. Thats exactly why i asked for a refund.

That's more or less what the option Wake device every: 5m in combination with Force update in trigger Phone Cell GSM does. You can add such a trigger in an otherwise empty flow and enable the flow to see if your device is able to detect the location more reliably. In my experience it works much less reliable than option Turn screen on, but it might vary between devices.
