No problem what i was looking for now have a really good little bot :p erm ant little pointers on leeting my screen go off and it unlocking it's self to carry on? Right now i just leave screen unlocked and use an app to make the screen black but I'd like the whole unlocking it as well involved

You could use an action Set Keyguard State: Off to disable the screen guard and turn the screen guard on again with action Set Keyguard State: On when your flow finished.
The function offered by Android to implement action Set Keyguard State is known to cause problems on some devices so it might not work on your device.
