You have to use the action Set Keyguard State: On at some point in time to enable the keyguard again so it can only be used to temporary turn the keyguard off, do something then turn it on again.
Unfortunately the API offered by Android to work with the keyguard/lockscreen is very limited.

There might be another way to unlock the slide-keyguard. I will add a new action for this in the next EAP version. I'm not sure if this will work on all devices so I can't promise anything yet.
