The way for me to send MP3 metadata to car via Bluetooth is using a software like Spotify Converter to download and convert Spotify songs to MP3 with the MP3 metadata kept.
And then play Spotify songs in the car via Bluetooth with metadata.
And then play Spotify songs in the car via Bluetooth with metadata.
