Location Based SMS Help

I'm trying to create a flow that's trigger would be exiting a particular location with a condition of entering another and when true the action being sending an sms. I've drafted the flow but it doesn't seem to be working. I'm wondering if I need to add another condition that if entering the location condition is false then some condition of where a time interval passes before it revisits the entering location condition? Any help or insight anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Ok so I've kinda figured it out on my own. After the trigger I set a sleep action of a particular amount of time then a condition of entering a particular location if false action of sleep of a particular amount of time and then back to the previous condition, if true execute the action of sending a preprogrammed SMS.

Execute the flow and it works smoothly and if I'm located at the end location it sends the SMS. However when it is executed according to the trigger and I arrive at the set location it doesn't function properly even though it shows that I'm within the preset radius. I then stop the flow and force execute and it functions as intended and sends the SMS. Not exactly sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm going to create a generic flow to post for review and see if there is a possible bug that someone else can find.
