How to get a sound file played for caller after hooked up

I am working on an answering machine. First challenge: incoming call will be answered (the simple part of the story) but then I want to get a sound file played to to caller (like: Hi, I can not take your call, please leave a message...).

I have tried action 'sound' with type 'music' which in general works, you can hear the music at the speaker of the phone but the caller doesn't...

It seems that there's no binding possible by playing a soundfile on incoming/outgoing connections.
