Need help ASAP

First off, this is an awesome app


I created a flow with a periodic timer of 1 second that is suppose to open up maps and then navigates to a preset location after I click on the custom widget for it. I forgot to have the flow disable itself as soon as it starts, so it loops over and over at a rate of 1 second- so I cannot do anything on my phone. I also moved the emergency stop to an extremely high number- so I got myself in a pretty big situation. Is there a way to stop service so I can get a chance to change this. The look rate is too fast to do it manually.. HELP!

To go the main screen, and press those three dots you see on the lower right corner of the flow. It opens a menu, where there is either execute or stop option, depending if the show is running. The rest should be quite self explanatory.
