Is there some kind of list somewhere of what apps have plugins? i mean, a couple tasker apps seem to work, but obviously not ALL of them work with automagic.
I'm just trying to make a flow that can do the most stuff to track my phone (i've got it posting to twitter, calling a number, capturing pictures, capturing gps location, activating wifi...)

There's no list of plugins to my knowledge. Automagic supports the standard plugin protocol originally defined by Locale and most extensions provided by Tasker. Some apps bypass the plugin protocol and call functions of the apps directly, there's usually no possibility to integrate such apps in Automagic.
You can search the play store for terms like tasker plugin or locale plugin for a starting point.
