Wifi Settings to have "scan results available"

Hi guys.

I'm using Android KK 4.4.4

To get the right response of available networks using the trigger "WiFi scan result avaible" what are the right Advance Wifi Configuration ?

I have made some test and this is the only way to have a right response from the trigger

Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep = ON
Scanning always avaible = ON

But have "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep = ON" will kill the battery ?

Not on my terminal (Galaxy Note II), at least not significantly. I'm using the same configuration. Please note that "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" has nothing to do with the "Scanning always avaible", feature. If you run KK 4.4.4, and your wifi card supports it (not sure if this is a requisite), your device will keep scanning for neighbour APs every 3-5 minutes, regardless of WiFi state.
