Change lockscreen background when new notification

I would like to change the lockscreen background image as soon as I receive a new notification.

Is there an action to change the lockscreen background image?

Hi,

To my knowledge there's no official API available in Android to change the lockscreen wallpaper since this is an extension that's often added by manufacturers like Samsung but is not available on Google's version of Android.
