Skip execution doesn't seem to work

Hi,

I have this flow that is triggered by a notification on the statusbar by Whatsapp. The trigger works fine.
I play a soundfile (Whatsapp notification sound disabled) and added a sleep action for 3 minutes.
As option I have 'skip execution when an instance is already executing' enabled.

Purpose: I don't want each message to fire the notification sound when I'm at work.
Problem: it doesn't seem to work. The trigger is still fired and the soundfile is played. It seems the flow is executed despite the 'skip' setting.

What am I doing wrong?

Never mind. A reboot off the phone made it all work
