Trigger does not work when application in background mode

Hello.
I've created two triggers to detect Bluetooth connect/disconnect events.
Sometimes it works when GUI is closed, but in main time it does not raise triggers.
However, for example, I disconnect some device, nothing happens, open GUI and trigger raised.
Sometimes, I can play with triggers and they works in background, but after some hours inactivity of Bluetooth they stop to work and raise when I open GUI.
Any suggestions please.
